1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship our products within Australia. International shipping will be available in the future.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. These costs may change.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays or promotional periods.

4. Delivery Times

XCLIBRE processes and dispatches orders Monday through Friday using Australia Post from our distribution centres in QLD and VIC. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Delivery times vary based on your location, typically ranging from 1-8 business days. During sale periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. While we deliver to all locations within Australia, please note that shipping times to remote and regional areas may take longer than indicated.

For pre-ordered items, delivery times will be extended as availability depends on our suppliers. Once the pre-ordered product is available, it will be shipped promptly. Additionally, your order may be dispatched from multiple locations depending on stock availability, which may result in split shipments and extended delivery times.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Shipping Delays
